Getting an AVS failure when trying to order? Your credit card billing information must match exactly to what the bank has on file. Watch out for auto-fill. Do not include the extra 4 digits of your zip code. If you’re unsure, call your card provider. You typically cannot purchase tobacco products with most gift cards (Visa/MC/Amex/etc), at least, not on this site. Please do not continually click the order button if you are receiving an error, or you will get (below)
I got an error message when I ordered but it still charged my account! What gives? The charge you see on your card is a pending charge placed there by your bank and should drop off with 1-5 business days (M-F). We have zero control over this. This is usually due to the fact that the Address Verification System is looking for the ‘bill to‘ information to match what the bank has on file for that customer and card number. The card is initially approved but voided by the bank since the Address or other information does not match.
How long does shipping take? Orders placed overnight and before 12 p.m. CST will usually go out that day (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed later will typically ship next day. Orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will have the ETA. Since we do not personally hand deliver packages, we cannot tell you how long it will take. If you did not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotional folders. We have zero control over the package once it has left our hands. Nothing ships on Sunday, ever.
Package arrive damaged? Please send a photo to the number above along with the order # and which items were damaged, and we will send a replacement out promptly.
