Getting an AVS failure when trying to order?  Your credit card information must match exactly to what the bank has on file.  Watch out for auto-correct.  Do not include the extra 4 digits of your zip code.  If you’re unsure, call your card provider.

I got an error message when I ordered but it still charged my account! What gives? The charge you see on your card is a pending charge placed there by your bank and should drop off with 24-36 hours.  We have zero control over this.
